How to make Kimchi ! (Simple way)
< Ingredient>
1 Cabbage, Garlic, green onion, ginger, Chili powder, salt, small shirimp(option), Fish sauce (I used squid sauce because I couldn’t find in the super market)
Original is left one (you can find in the carrefour), I couldn't find here so I used Spanish Col, but it's a little bit thick.
1. Cut the cabbage in a small piece, spread salt throughly (around 2 spoon), pour one cup of water and leave it for 30 minutes. (place heavey things on the cabbage so that cabbage becomes a little bit soft). Remove the water from the cabbage.
2. In the meanwile, prepare garlic, green onion. Just chop them. (No need to make so small because you are going to put everything in the blender)
3. Put everything in the blender, 5 spoon of chili powder, half spoon of ginger(I had blended but you can just put raw one), 2 spoon of fish sauce, small shirimps(option). It's depends on your taeste.
4. Blend the sauce and mix it with caggage.
5. Leave it outside for a day to be fermentated and keep it in the fridge. I've got 4 small jars.jaja

You can actually eat any time beacuase you can enjoy different taste of kimchi. In my case, I prefer to wait for 3 weeks at least. (3,4 days outside and put in the fridge to keep in the summer) This is for fermentation❤️
This is from my family in korean. We used to make kimchi all toghether every winter.
Normally you should chop all the ingredient but I just used blender because I am lazy....😅
